Cheese Banana Bread Recipe, Soft and Tender
This banana bread is made from unyil bread dough which is filled with banana slices and cheese.
The basic dough for banana bread is made of three different ingredients, such as flour, butter, and milk. In addition, there is a spread that uses a mixture of milk and butter to make it shiny.
Material A
700 grams of high protein flour
300 grams of medium protein flour
250 grams of sugar
5 egg yolks
2 egg whites
150 ml evaporated milk
275 ml ice water
20 grams of instant yeast
10 grams of bread softener or edna
50 grams of powdered milk

75 grams of margarine
50 grams of butter

How to make cheese banana bread
Filling: Fry the bananas for a while until golden brown, remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let it cool then cut into two parts.
After kneading the dough, let it rest for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
Deflate the dough then cut and weigh 15 grams each. Shape into a ball and leave for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough, put the banana and cheese slices, fold and roll. Place and arrange on a flat baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine until smooth.
Let stand for 60 minutes then brush the top with evaporated milk until smooth.
Bake in the oven with a temperature of about 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes until cooked and golden brown, remove.
While still hot, grease with butter, serve banana bread for a snack.
