Audit Sistem Informasi SILTrack (Tracking Vehicle) Pada PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Menggunakan Cobit 2019

Abstrak: Aplikasi SILTrack yang digunakan oleh PT Seino Indomobil Logistics berperan penting dalam memantau armada kendaraan secara digital. Namun, sejauh ini sistem tersebut belum pernah dievaluasi secara menyeluruh untuk mengetahui apakah benar-benar selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan mendukung operasional secara efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, yang berfokus pada delapan subdomain utama: EDM01, EDM03, APO09, APO12, APO13, DSS05, DSS06, dan MEA03. Melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 35 responden, diketahui bahwa tingkat kematangan sistem informasi berada pada angka rata-rata 2,8, yang berarti sistem ini sudah berada di tahap “terdefinisi” (Level 3). Namun, karena standar ideal yang ditetapkan adalah Level 4, masih ada gap sebesar 1,2 yang perlu ditangani. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem SILTrack sudah berjalan cukup baik dan mengikuti standar proses yang ada, masih diperlukan perbaikan, terutama dalam hal layanan TI dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi eksternal. Rekomendasi perbaikan pun dirancang agar sistem yang ada dapat terus ditingkatkan demi mendukung tujuan perusahaan secara lebih efisien dan optimal

Abstract: The SILTrack application used by PT Seino Indomobil Logistics plays a vital role in digitally monitoring the company’s vehicle fleet. However, the system has never undergone a thorough evaluation to determine whether it truly aligns with the company’s business needs and supports operational effectiveness. This study applies the COBIT 2019 framework, focusing on eight key subdomains: EDM01, EDM03, APO09, APO12, APO13, DSS05, DSS06, and MEA03. Based on questionnaires completed by 35 respondents, the system’s average maturity level was found to be 2.8, which corresponds to Level 3 (Defined Process). Since the target maturity level is 4, this indicates a gap of 1.2 that still needs to be addressed. The findings suggest that while the SILTrack system generally adheres to operational standards and is well-defined, there is still room for improvement—particularly in IT service management and compliance with external regulations. Recommendations have been developed to enhance IT governance quality and help the company operate more efficiently and effectively in line with its strategic goals.
